Hiren Stationery & Gifts (Vadodara) shall take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, but disclaims any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation.

If the user has any question, doubts or confusion in regard to any of the terms & conditions set out herein, he/she should seek clarifications from us through email and should wait for a written clarification before using the service.

Normally an order once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyer.

At Hiren Stationery & Gifts we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while selecting and buying your favourite items. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when that is possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control. We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order, or seek refunds, you do not face a problem.

OUR SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:

We ship or deliver the products within Vadodara City only. We serve Outside Vadodara City on the Customer’s Demand only and we able to send products via Courier with shipping charges. Minimum Delivery time is 2 Days for Vadodara City and Outside Vadodara will be take 7 days or more depending upon the delivery location.

Vadodara Delivery Charges:
Minimum delivery charge is Rs. 50/- and We offer FREE delivery on over Order of Rs. 500/-

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once order is placed and confirmed, no cancellation is allowed. Hence, NO REFUND.

OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

Can I Return or Exchange Product?

Once order is placed and confirmed, no return or exchange can take place.

We take due care in packing and shipping your orders. But in some exception, if your order is delivered defective or damaged, Please inform us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any issue reported after 24 hours will be specifically looked and decided, so as to cause no inconvenience to our customers.

All products carry gurantee/warranty from manufacturer wherever applicable or provided by manufacturer.

The defective or damaged product will be replaced based on manufacturer’s terms & conditions.

In case the customer don’t like the product or would like to return / replace it, then not allowed.

Non-Returnable:
  • All Ink & Toners, Cartridges, Paper Products, Cleaning, Sanitation, Breakroom, Safety, (including personal protective equipment, masks, face coverings/shields, goggles) Facility, and other related products and wholesale supplies cannot be returned.
  • CD/DVD, Pendrive, Headsets, Microphones, Mice, Keyboards and Mobile Accessories cannot be returned.
  • Special Order / Custom-Made Items or Personalized Gift items may not be returned unless damaged upon receipt.
